FAQ
Q. How long does one pouch of Hormistol last for?
1 heaped scoop will provide approximately 1g of Hormistol. The recommended dosage is 1-2 heaped scoops per serving with no more than 2 servings per day. If you take a total of 2 heaped scoops per day (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening) one pouch will last approximately 50 days. If you have a total of 4 heaped scoops a day (2 in the morning and 2 in the evening) one pouch will last approximately 25 days.
Q. How much Hormistol should I take?
The recommended dose is 1-2 heaped scoops (one scoop is approximately 1g) to be taken twice daily. This is based on clinical studies that have been conducted on women with PCOS.
However, everyone is different and individuals will react differently to different doses. If you haven't taken an inositol supplement before, you may see benefits by taking 1 heaped scoop a day for a period of time. This will also help reduced the risk of side effects.
Over time, you can gradually increase the dose to 1 heaped scoop twice a day, and then two heaped scoops twice a day if you feel that it's required. However, it's important not to exceed the recommended dosage.
